The decision on each individual publication is the sole responsibility of the operator of this website. If fee-based entries are rejected, there is a right to justification, rectification and resubmission.

In addition to the free discretion of the site operator, the following guidelines and exclusion criteria apply in particular:

• Descriptions, links and content must comply with applicable law and social standards in terms of language and content.
• Misleading content and excessive advertising are not allowed, because they are not accepted by users and damage the overall impression of our directory.
• Sincere effort and cooperation is an essential prerequisite:
  • The texts were written especially for this website and are easy to read.
  • Categories have been chosen as detailed as possible and as precise as possible. You can choose all categories that match your offer.
  • Excessive advertising or SEO language has been avoided, in particular, keyword lists or links hidden in the content are not allowed.

Rights of use and liability

With each entry, rights of use are expressly granted, usually with confirmation of these conditions, and liability for publication is assumed. In particular, the unrestricted use of all works (texts, images, videos, etc.) is guaranteed.

This Agreement also includes (but is not limited to) proprietary rights under copyright, trademark or patent law. The agreement is media-independent: it also extends to social media and advertising material of the operator. The rights of use are compensated with the first publication of the relevant entries.

The operator of this website is indemnified by the client from all claims of third parties regarding all publications on this website.

Entry time / package change

Duration of entries

Each entry has – regardless of the participant’s package – a duration of 6 months. At the end of this term, each entry must be renewed by the participant in order to continue to be found in the directory of this website. If the participant does not renew the entry, the status of the entry will change to expired. Expired entries can only be found, edited and activated in the user account of the entry holder.

Package change for entries

If a participant changes from one package to another package, its entries remain active in the former package of the participant until the end of the respective entry period. In order to change entries to a new (possibly higher-quality) package, they must be edited.

Participation, fees and refunds

Who can participate

All natural and legal persons are free to participate in this website. Excluded from this are only expressly or by blocking pronounced house bans. Participation begins with the registration of a user account and ends with its deletion or blocking.

Legal information of the participant

Participants will be able to store an imprint in their user account. This imprint will then be integrated into all publications of the participant. The operator leaves it solely to the participant to decide on the application and content of his own imprint.

Misuse / Exclusion

In case of misuse (violation of the guidelines, harmful behavior), the operator is entitled to exclude participants. In the case of exclusion, the user account is usually blocked. A claim to the justification of such an exclusion exists only in the case of fee-based access.

Packages & Subscriptions

Dues

Each participant can book paid packages on the website, which order the available quantity and the scope of services afterwards increase entries. Costs and scope of services can be found in the current overview “Packages and services” (see below).

The booking is made as a subscription with advance payment and optionally 3-month or 12-month term. Each entry placed within the booking period has an independent warranty period of 6 months.

Packet change (up- or downgrade)

Package changes are always made by termination and new contracts. This is possible at any time during the booking period. The participant cancels the old subscription in the user account and then concludes a new subscription. The termination only affects the user status. All entries that have already been switched remain in the old package until they are processed or extended. A full or partial refund of fees already paid is not possible.

Notice

The cancellation of a subscription takes place via the user account of the participant. After confirmation, the termination takes place with immediate effect. Active entries remain in the previous package until the participant processes them or – after the 6-month entry period has expired – does not extend them. A full or partial refund of fees already paid is not possible.
